Abadi Arkan Al Abadi

Chairman – Owner
Abadi is the architect whose name is associated with the Hilton-Baynunah
Tower and with other outstanding architectural landmarks in Abu Dhabi. He
setup this office in 1980 and has been working hard eversince to maintain
the high integrity, distinction and quality standards it exhibits.

Mamdouh Galal Hamouda
BSc in Civil Engineering
Engineering Director
With a structural background, Mamdouh joined this office in 1986.
He has been in charge of both structural and supervision departments ever
since.
Besides, he assists the Managing Director in supervising the office activities
and in dispensing its duties.
Mr. Rifaat Pio

Senior Resident Engineer
With a sound background as a Project Manager in construction companies,
Rifaat joined ARKAN in 2007 as a “Senior Resident Engineer”
Leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers who supervise the construction
activities assigned to ARKAN in one of its large projects.

Mr. Riad Saflo
BSc in Electrical Engineering
Head of MEP Department
With a solid background in electro-mechanical fields, Riad joined ARKAN in
2002, as the "Head of MEP Department".
Assisted by engineers in various MEP trades, he has been running this
Department eversince efficiently.

Chief Architect
With sound architectural background, Nouman joined this office in 1990 as a
“Chief Architect”. He has been contributing to the growth of the office ever
since and got his finger prints marking all its projects.
Resident Engineer
With a diverse experience as a Project Manager in Construction companies,
Ashraf joined ARKAN in 2007 as a Resident Engineer.
Assisted by a team of supervision engineers, he exercises the duty of
supervising construction activities and administrating the contract in one of
the large projects assigned to ARKAN
Senior Resident Engineer
Bashar joined ARKAN in 1986 as a Junior Supervision engineer. He has
been supervising the construction of numerous projects eversince, and
acquired a wealth of experience along with the growth of the office. Now he
is Senior Resident Engineer, in charge of supervising the construction of a
large project.
